Can I have a refund ?
Once downloaded, our products are non-refundable due to their nature in format. Please make sure you select the correct version of our products depending on which Plugin or DAW you have.
Does this work in my DAW ?
As long as your music software supports .WAV or any common audio format then most of our sound packs should have no trouble loading in your DAW.
However, for any of our chord packs your DAW must at least support VST3 format. Please make sure that your software supports such format in advance before purchasing our products.
